4 full days practice. Presence. Body awareness.

It’s amazing how simple life becomes once we learn to bring attention to the body.

We spend so much time discussing training modalities and right or wrong, while the one thing we all lack is the ability to tune into the body and calibrate the breath with the movement.

Where attention goes, energy flows.

See you for more workshops and driven students next year. Namaste.

Concluding another workshop season, certifying a bunch of new Level 2 and 3 practitioners at our new Copenhagen-based facility LUMÉ 🧘🏼‍♀️

Four full days of assessment training, biomechanics, and body awareness, teaching each practitioner how to use the QuantumBiomechanics framework to address ailments and restore fluidity of movement.

Thank you to every soul who joined us for these amazing days.

Dates for 2027 have now been published: https://mtperformance.co/get-certified/

DC microcurrent stimulation can help reduce scar tissue.

I’ve juggled between many different modalities over the years when it comes to hydrating and repairing tissue.

But when tissue damage has influenced the bioelectric makeup of the body, such as through severe injury or scarring, there are bonds that may never be properly restored unless we use the right methods.

Robert O. Becker studied this decades ago in his search to understand how salamanders could regrow limbs.

Once a cut is made in the skin, bonds are broken that can act as roadblocks within the body’s built-in highway of electrical signalling and communication.

By inducing microcurrents, this electrical flow is reintegrated, potentially restoring not only superficial scar tissue but also deeper connections involved in the bioelectrical system of the human body.

A recent study by Dr. Gokal et al. showed a significant 23.8% reduction in scar depth after just a single treatment.

I helped Emil Winther Højlund get back to the Bundesliga following surgery this summer, and we achieved remarkable results in less than a month by combining microcurrent treatment with fascial care and movement awareness.

Fix the roadblocks. Fix the system.

Thanks to Dolphin Neurostim for introducing me to the practicality and research behind microcurrent treatment last year.

There’s actual science linking humans to nature. And this science relates to sunlight and how fascia interacts with water.

Ancient Eastern practices called it qi, or energy: a vital force flowing through the body, amplified via harmonic movements.

Jerry Pollack found in 2009 that we are containers of structured water - water being charged through sunlight. And that this water plays a major role in our bioelectric makeup and how fascia reorganizes itself.

I’m beginning to think that EZ water is qi. Or at least the container of it.

When we move effortlessly and freely, like a child, qi (EZ water) can flow. With scars, trauma, or injury, it becomes blocked. Just as with inactivity and poor posture, the system is constantly pressurized, and qi stops flowing.

So, of course, we are charged by the sun. Just like every other organism - not to mention plant photosynthesis.

But I’ll take it one step further and suggest that what we nowadays call fitness is strongly counteracting the flow of energy within the human body - not just because of stress and overstimulation, but also because we amplify particular movement patterns that make the body more immobile than it was in the first place.

Observe a child. We can learn a lot here.

The age of information has given us so many tools, programs, and protocols that we’ve stopped listening to the messages of our own bodies.

We’ve created a world where the last place we look for advice is within ourselves.

Our bodies have become uninhabited. Numb. Machines. We no longer move for the sake of movement.

There’s power in simplicity. In stillness.

I’ve spent years chasing every little detail, only to realize that sitting barefoot in the grass in a lotus pose, is probably more powerful for my longevity than abandoning every sensation in my body just to follow a rigid “science-backed longevity regimen”.

AI has taught us that we’re tired of perfection. We crave real human interaction.

I think the optimization/longevity/biohacking era is here to teach us to stop living like robots with 158 daily habits, and instead become present enough to feel what’s actually happening within us and around us.

Fascia is gaining attention because we finally have a concept that explains the body as a connected system, constantly interacting with nature in every possible way.

Deep down, we all crave this understanding after decades of being fed the same half-truths about the human body and our place in the world.

Fascia reminds us that movement is our default state as human beings, and that it cannot be packaged into an x-minute workout.

Life is beautifully simple. Set a child free, and they’ll instinctively run outside. Not because they have to, but because they want to move, play, and explore.

Movement and nature are human rights. And fascia shows us exactly how this simple recipe forms the very foundation of the human body.

Full-body decompression ∼11 days.

Fascia responds promptly once you know how it works.

It’s truly amazing how quickly posture responds once you rehydrate the fascia, allowing it to support the body’s true biomechanical potential.

After all, compressed and dehydrated fascia is the root cause of so much physical pain and dysfunction.

This case took five sessions spread over 11 days. We barely did any treatment this time. Mainly biomechanics, breathing, and depressurization techniques.

Your body is only as functional as your fascia is flexible. If you’re constantly wearing a “suit” that’s too tight, your body will claustrophobically crave movement.

All movement starts in your feet.

All sensory input, motor output, proprioception, and even the way your fascia adapts and responds are influenced by how your feet move through space.

We used to have wide feet, just as we used to have wide cheekbones and naturally straight spines.

The human body is designed to be decompressed by nature. But modern shoes and unnatural movement patterns have maladapted our feet, leaving their tissues and deep intrinsic muscles almost completely inactive and unable to properly support our biomechanics.

If you can create more space between your toe bones, you’re already a long way toward restoring healthy foot function.

Going barefoot is great. Toe spacers are a great tool too.

This exercise is one example of how you can begin unwinding your fascia from the ground up by restoring space within the structure of your feet.

Fascia is the proof that we connect to nature.

It’s perfectly designed for bioelectric signaling.

And it’s the missing link in root cause treatment.

Fascia is a rabbit hole you cannot escape once you’ve entered it. I entered it 12 years ago.

Since then, I started treating root causes instead of doing patch solutions, as I was taught in school.

Diet plans and intense exercise regimens became scoliosis treatment, resolving chronic pain, and lifelong stored trauma.

The composition of fascia demonstrates that our bodies depend on electrons and sunlight to function. What was once my hypothesis has now been validated by the very tissue I study every day.

That’s why I founded QuantumBiomechanics. You cannot separate nature from human movement and expect to become healthier.

I’ve had over 25,000 people through this system, and we now have practitioners in more than 140 countries.

Time to rethink health!

Scarring is a myofascial roadblock.

Almost every human being walks around with scars (including the tattoos on my own skin).
Whether from a C-section, epidural injection, surgery, or even a minor incision, these leave behind permanent scarring.

If left untreated, scars can block the intrinsic network responsible for signal transmission and communication across the body.

I’ve spoken extensively about myofascial restrictions, trigger points, and trauma.

Scarring falls into the same category - except it’s permanent.

This not only limits our treatment options but also means the issue can be significantly more detrimental.

Never ignore a scar. It may very well be the root cause of your most stubborn health issues.

Comment “SCAR” and I’ll send you techniques to release the roadblocks within your fascia.
