Varial flip - the good the bad the ugly

As always the practice includes a whole universe of experiences. Things to celebrate, things that hurt, things that are synced and flowy, things that are disjointed ratchety out of tune. And lots of fun and sloooow progress. ❤️

We also hit the F2F pretty clean 5-6 times after our initial bail (see video before this one) and we're so excited and happy about it. It's a trick we need to be 100% focused, warm, ready for anything feeling. it does make castaway feel like a cute little thing in comparison, just to celebrate 🥳🥂

Foot 2 Foot - After failing our first try (safely - see the video before this one) we did have many great sticks, hitting the F2F 6-7 times. Very focused moment in the training because F2F is SCARY! It made castaway feel like a cute little thing to do to celebrate 😄

Actually, what we love about is he does NOT explain too much (and when he does, does it well!) and it's freaking amazing to play with him. ❤️

Recently, confidence rose as flyers by 55% in both .studio and .physio flying on this man!

What good can come anyway of filming people talk zoomed in ahaha 😂 🤣 🎯
