Democratic institutions around the world are under pressure, from populism and disinformation to growing polarization. What role does each of us play in defending democracy?
Only six months ago, Robert Habeck was Germany’s Vice Chancellor. During his time in office, he not only helped steer Germany through the energy crisis but also laid the foundation for the energy transition as Minister for Economic Affairs and Climate Action.
Now stepping away from politics to make an impact in new ways, he currently lives and works in Copenhagen.
Join us for a thought-provoking event with Robert Habeck, one of Europe’s most influential political figures and a leading advocate for honest, responsible, and sustainable leadership in the last few years.
An event about democracy: starting with a short keynote, followed by questions about Germany, Denmark, Europe, and the world. Afterwards we will discuss together how students and individuals can and must engage to protect democracy in challenging times. In the end there is time for an open Q&A.
