🌞 FoundUs Breakfast: A midsummer reset
As midsummer approaches, we are taking a moment to slow down, reflect and reconnect.
Join us for a special FoundUs Breakfast in Frederiksberg Have, where we will explore what sustainable entrepreneurship means beyond growth, productivity and performance – and create space to reflect on what success looks like for you.
Together, we will spend the morning enjoying:

🤝 Meaningful connections with current and aspiring founders

What does future-ready leadership look like in a world shaped by AI, rapid change, and an intergenerational workforce?

That was the question of this year’s Change Challenge, where students worked with Deloitte to design a leadership development ecosystem that helps leaders become more adaptive, self-aware, and equipped to navigate generational and technological shifts.

Over the course of the programme, participants explored challenges such as:

- How leaders can develop a mindset that cultivates continuous learning and change

- Why emotional intelligence and human-centred leadership matter even more in an AI-driven workplace

- What competencies future leaders need to navigate evolving employee expectations and emerging technologies

- How organisations can create scalable leadership development that stays relevant in a rapidly changing world

A huge congratulations to this year’s winning team for standing out with their innovative and actionable recommendations.

We also want to recognise all participating students for the curiosity, professionalism, and creativity they contributed to the challenge. The willingness to question assumptions, collaborate across perspectives, and address complex real-world problems is exactly what Change Challenge is about.
