📣 **Attention CBS Students!** 📚

We're excited to share some important news about our **new locker booking system** and want to take a moment to explain why we've made these changes.

To ensure fair access and maximize the utility of our lockers for everyone, we've had to implement a new booking system.

**WHY THE CHANGE?**

Copenhagen Business School (CBS) has guidelines that prevent unrestricted locker usage. The reason? To avoid a scenario where only a few students monopolize these lockers for an unlimited period, making it unfair to the rest of our community.

**OUR GOAL?**

To create a system where multiple students can benefit from the lockers, fostering a shared and equitable environment. To achieve this, we are introducing a trust-based system designed to allow for long-term (7+ days with a renewal option) locker usage.

**BUT HERE'S THE CATCH:**

If we don't adhere to this system, we risk losing this privilege. Non-compliance could lead us to revert to less convenient options mandated by CBS, such as:
- Lockers available only for one-day use, OR
- The need to arrange appointments just to pick up a key.

We understand changes can be challenging, but we believe this new system is in the best interest of our student body, promoting fairness and accessibility for all.

**Let's work together to make this work!**

By respecting and following this new system, we ensure that everyone has a chance to use the lockers when they need them, without unnecessary hassle or restrictions.

We're counting on your cooperation and trust to maintain the easy and accessible use of lockers we've all come to rely on. Your feedback is always welcome, so please don't hesitate to share your thoughts or suggestions on how we can further improve our campus facilities.

Dear Students,

This is an important final reminder for all students who are currently using lockers at BITlab but have not yet booked their lockers officially.

**Please take immediate action** by either booking your locker or emptying it of your belongings.

**Deadline: February 28th**

After this date, any lockers that have not been booked will be emptied by the BITlab team. This action is necessary to manage locker allocations effectively and accommodate everyone's needs.

Hello Students!

We're implementing a new system for locker usage at BITLab. This requires action from everyone currently using or planning to use the lockers.

👉 **What’s Changing?**
- From now on, lockers at BITLab must be booked in advance.
- If you're already using a locker, you need to either book it or empty it.

📅 **Deadline for Current Users:**
- If you currently have belongings in a locker, you must book it or remove your items by the end of this month.
- **Please Note:** After this month, any items in lockers that haven't been booked will be removed without notice.
