We have the perfect instructor course for you!

You'll learn:
Leadership psychology
Group psychology
Communication and directing
Tools and methods
Nutrition, weightloss and training

You'll also get a chance to network with people sharing your passion for teaching and empowering women.

Course is 5 session, app. 9 hours

No fitness level, experience or equipment requirements. Just curiosity about boxing.

Want to teach women's only classes or become a better instructor?

We're inviting everyone who teach - or plan to teach women's only classes to our instructor course.

Course is 5 sessions of app. 10 hours
Start and end in October (final dates to be confirmed)

Early bird price until September 15th.

Merits of the instructor trainer:
+ 25 years of teaching (app. 10 years of teaching women's only classes in Denmark and abroad)
+ 2.9 years Women's only Founder and club owner
+ Workshop instructor for women's self-defense against psychological and physical violence
+ DIF certified trainer
+ Fighter Nutrition and conditioning certified trainer
+ Former Fight Club commentator
+ Psychotherapist 4th year student
+ Master in Sociology
