Strategi, vÊrdiskabelse og forretningspotentialet i AI i virksomheder var omdrejningspunktet for eventet 'Ledelse i en AI-tid', som vi afholdte pÄ CBS i gÄr eftermiddag. Mere end 150 mennesker kiggede forbi CBS pÄ trods af hÞj sol og DHL i FÊlledparken for at blive klogere pÄ, hvordan AI gÄr fra uorganiseret eksperimenteren til vÊrdiskaber og forretningsdriver.

CBS professor Torsten Ringberg og Director for Efficiens.nu og ekstern lektor Per Østergaard Jacobsen Äbnede ballet med et oplÊg baseret pÄ flere rapporter, som de har lavet om brug af AI i virksomheder. DernÊst fulgte projektleder i Boston Consulting Group Tobias Laursen op med et oplÊg om, hvorfor sÄ fÄ virksomheder har succes med deres AI-vÊrdiskabelse.

SpÞrgsmÄlene fra publikum kredsede sig om de mange uforudsete faktorer ved AI-implementering pÄ arbejdspladsen: Fra hvorvidt det gÞr os til dummere til om det kan ende ud i en egentlig tidsrÞver. Og om formel AI-trÊning egentlig er lidt boomer-agtigt?

Long-term investment decisions are built on expectations about the future. But how are those expectations actually formed in practice?

In collaboration with the Centre for Big Data in Finance, this upcoming event explores how professional investors develop, revise, and apply long-term return expectations, also known as Capital Market Assumptions (CMAs).

You'll hear from Markus Ibert, Assistant Professor at CBS, who will present new research-based insights drawn from extensive data across asset managers, investment consultants, pension funds, and professional forecasters. Chief Investment Officer at Sampension, Henrik Olejasz Larsen, will also share his practical experience working with CMAs.

The event will address three core questions:

As many people return to the office after the summer holidays, perhaps it’s time to reflect on the space you work in. Have you noticed any changes?

Six years after the COVID-19 pandemic, the workplace is still evolving. While 41% of Danes are taking advantage of the opportunity to work from home, major companies such as Novo Nordisk and MĂŠrsk have called for employees to return to the workplace full-time.

How are these parallel trends shaping the workplace of the future?
In this article, Peter Holdt Christensen, Associate Professor at CBS, shares his insights on hybrid work, office design and the evolving workplace.

One of the more controversial topics is the introduction of hot desks as a way to utilise office space more efficiently and reduce costs.

"Flexibility in how we use office space can be achieved through hot desking and open-plan office environments. The challenge for individuals is that, to a large extent, human beings are territorial by nature," as Peter explains.
