As I put together the finishing touches to my "Linked Summit" Talk on Visual Storytelling, I'm reminded about how little we know about the day-to-day systems and tech that we take for granted.
I'm a one-man band, and running a business can sometimes feel like spinning plates. As a result of this, I often don't pay too much attention to one social media platform, but spread myself thin across several.
Not ideal.
By focusing on LinkedIn these last few weeks, I've discovered so many useful things that I didn't even know were relevant.
Take, for example, the visual layout of your post when sharing multiple images. Does it look messy, unprofessional? Have you cut off someone's head?
And then there's the new algorithm that no longer cares about hashtags and who your connections are, but more on what you're actually posting about.
Including the images themselves.
On Thursday morning I get to share all of this with the Linked Summit audience, but I can feel that this isn't the last time I'll be talking about it.

VISUAL STORYTELLING: Think Like a Photographer in Your LinkedIn Strategy.
Quite often, people with updates to share on social media write "Excited to be..." followed by something that is a bit bland for the rest of us.
But now it's my turn. and I genuinely do it mean it when I say "Excited to be Speaking at this year's LinkedSummit in Odense, Denmark!"
There are dozens of very talented b2b LinkedIn experts also presenting at this annual event, so if you're in Denmark and serious about upgrading your LinkedIn skills, grab yourself a ticket now (I'll stick a link in the comments below).
My Presentation will cover:
• Techniques to improve photography for businesses
• Visual Storytelling through Composition
• LinkedIn's new algorithm and what it means for visual content
• How to boost visibility through Image SEO
Hope to see you there...

I posted recently asking whether teams in Denmark feel they need stronger in-house photography skills.
The short version? They do.
One person said: “We always talk about taking better photos, but we never find time to learn how.”
That’s the exact gap I try to close with my photography workshops: practical, short, team-based training sessions that deliver real value.
I’d love to hear how your organisation handles visual content.

Reflecting on team growth after a B2b photo workshop
One Danish team I trained recently started the session saying, “We’re just not the creative type.”
But by the end, they were capturing strong, authentic images of their work and their people, and smiling to themselves at the progress they were making.
It’s not about filters or fancy gear. It’s about seeing with intent, and knowing what to look for.
That part? Anyone can learn.

Photography is a Skill Your Whole Team Can Learn.
Photography isn't just for creatives or influencers. It's a practical, teachable skill that your entire team can learn — and enjoy.
In just a couple of hours, we’ll turn smartphones into storytelling tools. Your team will:
• Take better photos of your people, products, and events
• Learn what makes a compelling image (and why it matters)
• Build confidence using the camera in professional contexts
Whether for LinkedIn, internal communication, or your company website, better photos make your brand stronger.
Let’s talk about a private, hands-on workshop for your team – in Danish or English. 👇
