The exchange crew is a part of the International Department at Metropolitan University College. The entire events will bee posted on this page.

We arrange social activities for exchange students and their Mentors. Doing the exchange students stay in Denmark we will arrange a social activity for them every second week. We always welcome new ideas for activities and suggestions for improvement. Love

At the meeting we will go through and help you with the procedures for leaving Denmark:
• Deregistration of CPR/health card
• Check out form for MUC accommodation
• Evaluation of stay
• Handing in of documents for signing as proof of recognition

The check-out consist of several things:

1. Everyone must fill in an evaluation!

2. If you live at a MUC student residence:
a) You have to fill out the form connected to your address.
b) Besides the check-out form, you also have to hand in you key access card and laundry card, if you were given one.
c) Please carefully read the guide you have received by e-mail. You will find it under “student residence ”.
If you are not staying at a MUC student residence:
a.)you have to fill out the form “Check Out Form” and either come by the international department or send it by e-mail to [email protected]
3. If you have a Danish CPR-number:
a) You have to inform the Danish authorities, which you are leaving.
• This can only be done online at https://blanket.kk.dk/dbs/default.aspx?EntityID=101&startproject=OC_Q_6572
o Choose “send digital” if you’ve got NEM-ID
o Choose “send pr. brev” if you do not have a NEM-ID (here you will need a printer, an envelope and a stamp)
The form can also be sent by e-mail to: [email protected] (but here you will have to scan the document with original signature)

Due to not enough registrations our social activity tomorrow in Hareskoven is cancelled!
I'm really hoping more people will register for the next social activity Especially because a lot of time and money go into planning these events. Please send me and e-mail and let me know if there's anything I can change so more people will attend (types of events, registration deadlines, ways to register etc.
