Let’s clear out some shadows 💀 🧠⚡️COACHING PEOPLE INTO THEIR POTENTIAL
DOES NOT LAND IN A DYSREGULATED NERVOUS SYSTEM

You can pay $100,000 for the best coach on the planet…
Because you think you need a solution outside of yourself. But if your body is still armoured and wired in survival?

If trauma is running the show in the subconscious?
If your nervous system is in fight, flight frozen, fawning? 

You’ll stay stuck.
Not because you’re lazy.
Not because you don’t want it.
But because your biology will keep the same witeing going and won’t let you move. 
You are not safe.
You have not rewired your biology.
You havent done the Embodiment work.

And here’s the truth most of the coaching world doesn’t want to admit:
💥 Mindset doesn’t override a shut-down body.
💥 Strategy doesn’t integrate when you’re in a trauma loop.
💥 “Just take the leap” doesn’t work when your system is screaming unsafe.

How sexual trauma made you millions… but also burnt you out.

You became powerful because you had to be.
Not because it felt safe.
Not because you were fully supported.

But because your body learned to survive.
Unprocessed trauma wired your nervous system for urgency, not intimacy.
For doing, not receiving.
For producing, not pausing.

You did it all alone—because it felt safer than trusting.
Slowing down felt dangerous.
Pleasure felt confusing.
Receiving? Almost unbearable.

You built the empire.
But your body?
It paid the price.

This next chapter is not about doing more.
It’s about unwinding the armour.
So you can soften.
So you can receive.
