Did you know that all of our onigiri is gluten and lactose free?

And of our current starting four, only our onigiri with fish contains animal protein, the rest are actually completely vegan.
Japanese cooking delivers umami in spades from sources such as kombu seaweed, nori, shiitake, miso, sake and mirin✨

Cooking classes for next year are live on our website✌️
Join one of our onigiri, washoku or temakizushi events and learn how to make Japanese food at home😊

Onigiri are salted rice balls(triangles) eaten with crispy nori seaweed and often filled with delicious and umami packed ingredients such as fish and Japanese mayo, umeboshi plums or mushrooms👌

Washoku is the broad umbrella term for Japanese cuisine and some of the associated food related rituals. Think dashi, miso soup, gyoza, ohitashi and saikyoyaki: miso marinated fish.

Temakizushi is handrolled sushi, ideally assembled tableside, with an assortment of toppings, making each sushi bite mice and crispy with each nori handroll still crunchy as they are put together one at a time, before being eaten🍣

We’re excited to invite you to the opening of our onigiri shop as we launch our takeaway concept for 2026.

Our onigiri, washoku and temakizushi were some of our most popular courses this past year, and thus we will continue those for next year🙏
