Mon- Friday 9AM -5:30 PM
Sat-Sunday 9AM-4PM

It was a successful immersion fair with DIS last week. We look forward to you picking up your bike. Due to a heavy influx of students, there might be extra waiting time to get the bike, but nevertheless we will get you on the road in no time.

When coming to pick up your bike, please remember to bring your DIS STUDENT ID (as we need the number), and PDF receipt from the email we sent confirming your rental.

Hi bike-renter

I hope you are enjoying your December in Copenhagen. Preferably on top of your bike pedaling around the city.

Rental bike returns:

All rentals must be returned to our Vesterbro store. We are located at the corner of Vesterbro Torv (The big city square), less than a mile from the Main Central Station.

Opening hours:

Monday - Friday 9.00am - 5.30pm
Saturday - Sunday 9.00am - 4.00pm

Since there is a lot of students showing up with bikes it is a good idea not to come when everyone else i showing up as well as right before we close.

We recommend you to come:

9am-1pm all days

Please take a minute to read through the terms in the contract you received when renting the bike, before returning it.

Specifically, if lights where included in your bike rental for free (DIS Students) remember to return them or we will have to take them out of your deposit (200 DKK)

Remember to bring back the cable lock or we will have to take it out of your deposit (100 DKK)

Remember to clean the bike (200 DKK for missing cleaning)

Remember to bring all the keys

We only refund deposits by crediting them to your debit card or credit card please remember to bring the card you want it returned to.

It does not have to be the card you used when paying and even if you paid in cash we can still refund your deposit to a debit card or credit card.

We ask for a small fee of 25 DKK to process deposit refunds to debit or credit cards to cover the costs which we incur from our credit card acquirer.
