Disco Babies Copenhagen

I've officially reached the end of my bubble machine supplies for this term and simply couldn't face buying any more bubble liquid.

So this week, I went back to old-fashioned bubbles... and honestly, it was just as magical.

Bubbles are always one of my favourite ways to finish a class. Watching little eyes track them through the air, little hands reaching up to catch them, and those moments of excitement when one lands nearby never gets old.

As well as being lots of fun, bubbles support: • Visual tracking skills • Hand-eye coordination • Reaching and movement • Focus and attention • Cause and effect learning

Sometimes the simplest activities are the ones babies enjoy the most. 💜

💜 6-WEEK AUTUMN TERM BOOKINGS ARE NOW OPEN 💜

I'm so excited to share that bookings for my 6-week autumn term are now live!

There are a few changes this term. As many of you know, The Little Music School in Frederiksberg is being sold, so I'll be saying goodbye to a venue that has been home to Disco Babies Copenhagen for many years.

I'm delighted to be moving my Thursday classes to Café Sweet Surrender in Vesterbro — a wonderful volunteer-led community café right in the heart of Copenhagen. You're welcome to arrive before class or stay afterwards for a coffee, something to eat, and a chat with other parents. Even better, all profits support local charities. 💜

I'm also delighted to be continuing at Forest Room | Fairytale for kids party in Amager after a fantastic Summer Term 1. I loved teaching there and I'm excited to be adding a regular Tuesday class to the schedule.

I'm still searching for the perfect venue for my Saturday classes and will share an update as soon as I have one.

It's Bumblebee Week at Disco Babies Copenhagen.
Disco Babies is a sensory and developmental class for children aged 6 weeks to 4 years, featuring music, movement, sensory play, bubbles, props and themed activities designed to support your child's development while having fun together.

This week's classes include our rainbow ribbons and bumblebee theme.

Disco Babies Copenhagen 💜

Pop up class alert!

This Friday, 12th I have got a pop up class running at .cafe at 10am.

This class is perfect for little ones aged 4-12 months and you are so welcome to stay afterwards and grab a cup of coffee and a bite to eat!

The theme will be Baby Tigers and I am really looking forward to being back!

🐯 Summer Term 2 starts this Wednesday! 💜

I'm Rhio, founder of Disco Babies Copenhagen – sensory and music classes for babies, toddlers and their grown-ups in Copenhagen.

Each class combines sensory play, music, movement, lights, textures and themed activities designed to encourage curiosity, exploration and connection.

This week we're kicking off Summer Term 2 with our Baby Tiger theme, alongside all the sensory experiences, songs and activities that Disco Babies is known for.

Disco Babies is about more than sensory play. It's a space to spend quality time with your little one, make memories together, and connect with other local parents who are in the same stage of life.

This is a short 3-week term and will be one of the last opportunities to join me before I take a break for summer, so I'd love to welcome some new families along.

This week is Under the Sea Week and the final week of Summer Term 1!

Join me for some extra glittery fun, one of my favourite stories, and plenty of underwater-themed activities.

Saturday's 9am Ravers class is fully booked, but there are still a couple of spaces available across the rest of the week.
