🪴 Take care of your thoughts and do NOT let fear, sadness, stress come creeping into your garden. Start planting seeds of happiness, love, and wisdom. How?

💪 Energize yourself every morning. Mornings set the tone for the rest of the day. A good morning routine leaves you feeling centered, energized, and ready to take on the world.

🧘‍♀️ Live in the present. This is where it all happens, the present moment. It’s the only place where you can experience happiness. Whenever you enter a new place, use your five senses - sound, sight, touch, smell and taste - to find more nowness.

🤗 Be around happy people. Attitudes are contagious. If someone is smiling at you, you’ll probably smile. If someone is rude, then you’ll probably be rude back. Only hang out with people whose attitude you want to catch.

🙏 Appreciate more. When waking up and going to sleep, remind yourself of three things you currently appreciate in your life.

Talking about our partner’s/friend's best qualities, sharing their successes or achievements, serves to remind us what we find so wonderful about them.

One way we show love is to give our uninterrupted, undivided attention. Show up and really listen.

🤗 Thoughtful Gestures
It can be as simple as calling or sending a text just to let them know you’re thinking of them, or expressing your appreciation.

🙌 Say ‘Thank You’
When someone does something nice for you or goes out of their way for you, be sure to let them know you appreciate them.

Unfortunately, many people make friends only on the basis of their needs.

But we must always love our friends from our heart because friendship is the most precious and sacred relationship in the whole world. So, we should not love them on the basis of our necessity and according to our “swinging moods”.

👉Do you know how to verify if you love your friend from your heart?

Behave yourself in such a way as you want to receive from him and not depending on your mood. Help in need, listen and support, other time just be near.
