👉 Self confidence is about the we percieve and recieve from the outer world.
👉 Self esteem it's about our inner experience with the world itself.

Emotional vs. Rational
Self reflection:
👉Am I inclined to take emotional or rational decisions?
👉Do I act impulsive when I get into a conflict?
👉Do I take responsability for the consequences or I blame it on others?
👉How many decisions do I take from my comfort zone?
👉How often do I compromise at my own expense?
👉How often do I self-sacrifice, to feel in control or to feel safe?
👉Is it in my best interest to make progress or to feel safe?

Self affirmation vs
Self reflection: do you have a routine practicing self affirmations?
Be aware of following:
- when practicing self affirmations you risk to supress underlying emotions such us fear, bad self confidence and bad self esteem
- supressing emotions comes with several other consequences - such as trying to live up to a persona you create, that should be better version than your actual yourself
- you might experience a lot of anger and get into conflicts
- you risk to experience the exact opposite to your affirmations. And deteriorate your self esteem and self confidence when experiencing decline
Here is our professional advice:
- identify your strengths and weaknesses
- work on improving yourself
- reward yourself with self love and self care for the things you can do
- treat yourself with respect
- speak to yourself with respect, like you would speak to a person you love
- forgive yourself for the things you can't improve and for the mistakes you make
- let go of the things you can't change and move on

Do you find yourself often trying to make a point? To prove you have good intentions? To prove you are right?
Here are a few questions for self reflection:
- is it your need or the other persons need to resonate with your argument?
- what are the emotions you will sit back with if you can't make a point:
👉do you feel frustration?
👉maybe you don't feel heard?
👉do you experience rejection?
👉do you feel humiliated?
👉do you feel betraied
👉do experience being treated unfair?
👉or maybe you experience not being taken into consideration but being left behind?
, , , and are 5 fundamental soul wounds. Or should we say EGO wounds. We suffer, and our ego suffers when experiencing the above.
Here is our professional advice:
- Know that when we feel wounded by other people's actions and decitions, the treatment for these wounds lay within ourselves
- Remember that everybody has inner conflicts - with themselves.
- Other people's actions have nothing to do with us in the first place
- We forgive ourselves for our own mistakes
- We pay attention to our inner voice (Speak kind to yourself - Always!)
- We treat ourselves with respect
- We let go of the things that are not in our power to change
- And finally - We move on ❤️
