The past few weeks I haven’t been as active as I would want to, but far from letting me down , is once again teaching me the importance of knowing and understanding your priorities.
I don’t feel strong but I am determined to come back stronger than ever, even more than in this picture.

Doubts are nor bad, be indecisive is.⛽️
If you don’t doubt, how are you sure that’s what you want?
Our life is about taking decisions constantly, and is in those moments when we get the chance to decide if this is what we really want or we need to change.🏆

Tunnel vision describes a condition in which central vision is apparent but peripheral vision is missing, That’s a medical condition.
Now there is another kind of tunnel vision that refers to the ability to suppress the surround noise and distractions around and being able to focus on your goal, always having it as a north guiding you.
⚠️Many times we will lose inspiration and motivation, and what will help you thrive is the ability to keep pushing forward those moments knowing where you want to be.
❗️You NEED to set up clear goals, make a plan and follow it, if you fail to plan you are planning to fail.
Start by Looking up for someone who is already where you want to be and try to understand their process, or even better, ask for directions ⛽️. Most people will be happy to help you if they see true passion on what you are doing, at least I do 💣.

From spectator to protagonist.
I often find myself standing behind the conversation, reading about topics that I find interesting, studying new ways to do stuff, following wise people to listen to their opinion, but all of that as just an spectator without giving my own opinion or let’s say, my own thoughts on it.
We often battle with the “what are they gonna say” , “I’m not an expert, I do not have a degree” that stop us from expressing ourselves. Let me be clear, You do not need a degree to express your thoughts and feelings of one topic. Join the conversation, challenge your thoughts and you might learn something new.
Sometimes you will be wrong, and thats all right. You gotta learn how to be wrong and accept that there are things you can improve, and I’m not saying this as An expert, I often find it extremely stressful to be wrong and having to admit it, but being mad wont change the fact that I was wrong 😂.
So now, are you going to start the conversation? I want to read about your calisthenic’s journey. How long have you been training?
