The homepage of Christian Kanstrup Holms research laboratory of Immune Regulation. We also work with models of infection with herpes simplex virus.

Our research is focused on the interplay between human pathogenic virus and the immune system. More specifically, we focus on innate cellular mechanism for induction of anti-viral and pro-inflammatory cytokines in response to infection. We work with models of influenza A virus with or without co-infection with bacterial co-infection.
