We are still buzzing after last week’s Recruitment Panel and PhD Career Day, which turned into a highly successful and rewarding day! The atmosphere was positive and engaging throughout, and participants left with valuable takeaways and new perspectives.
Participants gained:
1: A clear understanding of what companies and organizations look for in CVs, cover letters, and recruitment processes, based on direct input from employers.
2: Stronger insight into non academic career paths, including concrete examples of roles and opportunities within natural, technical, and health science industries.
3: Meaningful connections through face to face conversations with company representatives, thoughtful questions, and active networking during presentations and meet and mingle.
Thank you once again to everyone involved for contributing to a day with great energy, open dialogue, and high value for all participants!
