3 Reasons to join our Design for Transformation program:
Here are some reasons that our friend Alberto has distilled about why we need clear mindsets and a process to drive transformation in organizations:
❤️ 1/ The Ethical Reason: This is the main reason that must rule over the others. Transformation entails the ethical obligation to contribute to the construction of a dignified reality for People, a fairer one for Society and a regenerative one for Nature.
💶 2/ The Economic Reason: A good organisation is a good organisation. There is already evidence that an organisation that works in the pursuit of a shared interest with its stakeholders is more competitive, differential and efficient.
🏛 3/ The Institutional Reason: Political and macroeconomic trends push companies to work from a purpose of impact and in a sustainable and socially responsible way.
The Kaospilot Design for Transformation processes enables you become a next generation professional and build next generation organizations. Over 8 weeks you will bring your own challenge, establish a strategic foundation and act rapidly with confidence and agility.
The next program is almost full, sign-up before Aug. 31st:

Designing feelings = designing experiences
The emotions someone feels as they go through an experience you design will determine how and what they remember from it. The reason most design fails (and experience design is no exception) is that it too often it is designed a-contextually (removed from the actual situation) whereas it needs to work in context, in real life, in real experience. And that is the domain of subjective interpretation and what Daniel Kahneman calls 'the narrating self'. Our emotions edit our experiences with a sharpy and a highlighter, scratching out large parts of our experiences, and highlighting the significant, emotionally intense moments in the experience.
