At BioMedical Design we select the most creative and inspiring people to find innovative solutions to real problems and make them sustainable.

Take the lead and be one of 16 fellows who develop the future solutions to the healthcare sector. I INNO-X Healthcare brænder vi for, at sikre behovsdreven innovation og udvikling af evidensbaserede løsninger inden for sundhed. Dette gør vi, ved at uddanne mennesker og ved at engagere os i forskning. INNO-X Healthcare udbyder en række forskellige kurser og efteruddannelser, hvor deltagerne får vær

ktøjer og metoder, der gør dem i stand til at udvikle og integrere løsninger, der gør en forskel i sundhedssektoren. Grundstenen i INNO-X Healthcare er uddannelsen BioMedical Design. En evidensbaseret uddannelse, der bygger på anerkendte principper fra Stanford University Biodesign Fellowship. BioMedical Design fokuserer på at uddanne mennesker i agere kreativt og løsningsorienteret og i at identificere konkrete behov og omsætte dem til brugbare løsninger med et kommercielt fokus

Målet for INNO-X Healthcares uddannelser er, at endnu flere i sundhedssektoren skal tænke behovsdreven innovation ind i deres daglige arbejde. Vi uddanner sundhedsentreprenører, der hjælper patienter, kollegaer og samarbejdspartnere med at integrere løsninger, der gør en forskel. Deltagerne på INNO-X Healthcares forskellige forløb får indsigt i egne kompetencer og hvordan disse bedst kommer i spil i forhold til andre mennesker, hvilket er essentielt i forhold til at arbejde optimalt sammen i et team, især inden for innovation og udvikling. Hos INNO-X Healthcare involverer vi os i evidensbaseret forskning rettet mod sundhedssektoren. Vi støtter op om forskningsprojekter, der fokuserer på viden og produkter, som både samfund og patienter kan få glæde af. Vi lægger stor vægt på tværfaglighed, da det øger værdien og kvaliteten af det enkelte projekt. Vi involverer derfor forskere, eksperter, erhvervsfolk og andre fra forskellige fagområder for at opnå det mest anvendelige resultat af vores uddannelser og forskningsprojekter. INNO-X Healthcare er en selvstændig enhed under Institut for Klinisk Medicin ved fakultetet Health på Aarhus Universitet.

Now our fellows must choose specific observations with the potential to develop into a local improvement project and present them to their host departments.
Fellows get tangible methods to analyse problems which tend to expand in complexity the more you look at them.
That’s why there’s a need to ‘dumb down’ the abstract nature of the challenges and always use the simplest way when testing assumptions

Our alumna Sotiria Athanasiadou who is now CEO and founder of Anorit Medical made it clear that a good plan can help you in almost any complex task in your daily life.
