Pedro Gobira Appointed Assistant Professor at TNU 19/03/2026

We are pleased to share that Pedro Gobira has been appointed Assistant Professor at TNU for a three-year term.

Pedro previously joined us as a postdoctoral researcher in 2022, and his work has since contributed significantly to advancing our understanding of neuropsychiatric disorders.
His research spans behavioral neuroscience, epigenetics, and extracellular vesicle biology, exploring how environmental exposures shape long-term psychiatric vulnerability.
With a strong background in pharmacology and international research experience across Brazil and the United States, Pedro brings a unique and integrative perspective to the field. In his new role, he will also step in during Rodrigo Grassi-Oliveira’s leave.
