🚨 ATTENTION AARHUS COMMUTERS! Tomorrow is the LAST DAY to use your Rejsekort! As of May 29th, your physical Rejsekort will no longer be accepted as a valid ticket for riding public transportation in Aarhus with Midttrafik.

Instead, you can use the Rejsekort app to swipe in and out at your stops, or buy a digital commuter card with the Rejsebillet app. If you prefer to use a physical card, you can purchase the new Basiskort, available at Midttrafik’s self-service stations.

Make sure to always have a valid form of payment before taking public transport to avoid fines! 🚌

🏆AGF WINS GOLD FOR AARHUS! On May 10th, thousands of people flooded Aarhus’s city centre. Why? Football, of course! ⚽After winning their game against Brøndby, AGF is now this year’s DANISH CHAMPION OF FOOTBALL for the 1st time since 1986! Aarhus didn’t hesitate to celebrate the big success. All around Busgaden, fireworks were launched, beers were drunk, and grown men - and women - cried.

With the gold medal secured, AGF will play their last match of the 3F Superliga on May 17th. Then, on Monday at 4:00 PM, everyone will gather at Aarhus City Hall for a second celebration with the players. The whole city is invited! This is a moment you DON’T want to miss 🥳

Congratulations to AGF and all football fans in Aarhus. Kom så de hviie!

🏆 PSYCHOLOGY IS THIS YEAR’S REGATTA WINNER!

In case you missed it: On April 24th, more than 30,000 young people attended this year’s Kapsejlads to watch 12 different teams from the university’s faculties battle it out on the water. 🏅Psychology claimed 1st place, with Apollonia taking 2nd, and Umbilicus coming in 3rd.

🚣 The regatta is one of Aarhus University’s biggest events, with some students showing up at the park as early as midnight to drink, dance, and celebrate. It’s the best way to let loose before exam season.

We can’t wait for next year!!
