Over the past weeks, we’ve explored the digital world together — from passwords and authentication to social media risks, online shopping & payments, and even deepfakes and modern scams.

👉Our goal was simple: to make cybersecurity understandable, practical, and accessible for everyone.

Young voices at the table! 🙌
Through one of our recent focus groups, we created a powerful space for honest discussion about barriers to employment, skills gaps, and entrepreneurial ambitions in Aarhus, Denmark. These conversations are helping us design practical, impactful support for young people across Europe, within the frame of the European project "NextGen Opportunity".

The Nordic Crew, together with our dedicated partners from KOM 018 🇷🇸, Regionalna razvojna agencija "Jug" 🇷🇸, Beyond Borders Italy 🇮🇹 Blackwater Training 🇮🇪 Progress Czech Republic 🇨🇿 Asociatia Tineret pentru Dezvoltare Durabila 🇷🇴, are implementing the project "NextGen Opportunity", a bold and forward-thinking initiative to combat youth unemployment — especially among vulnerable groups across Europe.
🌍 What’s the mission?
✅ Map the employment landscape and identify support gaps in 6 European countries
✅ Launch NextGen: Entrepreneurship & Employment Clinics to offer real, practical support to young people
✅ Boost self-employment and entrepreneurial thinking among youth
✅ Engage key stakeholders and policymakers in reshaping youth employment systems
✅ Advocate for long-term, systemic change in employment policies affecting young people
🛠️ Through research, mentorship, skills training, job placement support, and a strong advocacy campaign — this project will connect young people with real opportunities and drive innovation in youth employment.
📅 The project runs from 01.11.2025 to 31.10.2027 in Denmark, Ireland, Czech Republic, Italy, Romania and Serbia and is co-funded by the European Union 🇪🇺

🌍 Erasmus+ | Job Shadowing “Together for a Greener World” 🇩🇰🇵🇹

Earlier this month we had the pleasure of hosting a team of teachers from Portugal for a Job Shadowing mobility ✨

The activity focused on strengthening green skills, fostering environmental sustainability, and promoting innovative educational approaches that integrate eco-friendly practices into educational, community, and organizational contexts.

Throughout the week, we shared methodologies, projects, and hands-on approaches centered on:

✅ Sustainability & environmental education
✅ Community impact & engagement
✅ Circular economy principles
✅ Conscious and responsible lifestyles

It was an inspiring week of learning, collaboration, and meaningful dialogue — a true example of how European cooperation drives transformation in practices, mindsets, and organizations. 🌱

This mobility was developed under the CASPAE Erasmus Accreditation for Adult Education, funded by Erasmus+ and co-funded by the European Union. 🇪🇺

🕊️ From learning to leading for peace! 🇪🇺✨

Our youth workers have just returned from an inspiring Erasmus+ training course in Viterbo, Italy, where they joined participants from 6 countries for an intense week of learning, sharing, and growing together 🌍

During the PEACE Project, they explored:
🤝 non-violent communication
🗣️ conflict resolution & empathy-based dialogue
🌱 inclusive and intercultural youth work
🎭 hands-on simulations, role plays & group workshops

Beyond the sessions, the experience was enriched by intercultural evenings, shared meals, and meaningful connections that crossed borders and cultures 🇮🇹❤️

Now they’re back — motivated, empowered, and ready to bring peacebuilding tools into their local communities and multiply the impact 💪🕊️
