QASE Tech

We started 2025 with huge ambitions, and honestly? It was such a whirlwind that we completely neglected our social media updates! 😅 While we weren't posting, we were working harder than ever, and we couldn't be prouder of what the QASE Tech team achieved.

It’s been a year of incredible growth. One of the absolute highlights was having Helene Jørgensen join our mission. As an incredibly talented astrophysicist, she has been an amazing addition to the team, and we are so proud to have her brilliance and talent onboard as we grow.

In ‘25 we successfully completed our incubation with ESA BIC Denmark (a huge milestone!) and were honoured to have our very own Elham represent Denmark as a YTILI | Young Transatlantic Innovation Leaders Initiative fellow (official US State Department Alumni!). We also took our mission on the road, exhibiting at key events like the Danish Space Conference and TechBBQ, meeting the most amazing people!

⭐️But perhaps most meaningful was seeing our learning kit in the hands of students across several US high schools! The enthusiasm from students and teachers we saw was the ultimate validation of what we’ve created.

2025 has been a spectacular, hectic, and incredibly rewarding year. And 2026 has not slowed down at all. We can’t wait to share all that’s happened going into the year already! 🚀

✨Snippets from Gin & Tech at INCUBA!

Last week was Gin & Tech, an event where startups from INCUBA and the Aarhus Startup community pitch to mentors, investors, business leaders and specialists.

🙌🏽 We were there!!

We presented our EdTech kit and connected with mentors, corporates and specialists!

Always great to be part of such events where we meet the community, and get conversations going on how our first DIY educational kit can bring space science to classrooms!

And of course, all this over glasses of Gin! 🍸 Makes it even better!

Last but not the least, if you didn’t know, we’re currently incubating at ESA BIC Denmark, Innofounder and The Kitchen AU.

QASE står for 'Quantum and Space Education' og leverer DIY-science kits, som nemt kan implementeres i naturfagsundervisningen i gymnasieklasser. Disse kits indeholder praktiske eksperimenter og lektioner, der er tilpasset læseplanen med det formål at øge interessen for naturvidenskab og teknologi. Det første kit fokuserer på radiokommunikation med rummet, som gør det muligt at have kontakt med satellitter i kredsløb direkte fra klasseværelset.

✨Highlights from the UK Space Conference in Belfast

😀 Good times at the UK Space Conference together with Ilana Krasnik from the Danish Embassy in UK and Oliver Zacho from ESA - European Space Agency Business Incubator in Denmark.

🇩🇰 We went as the Danish delegation to the conference organized via a collaboration between The Trade Council of Denmark in UK and Ireland - Danish Embassy and ESA BIC Denmark.

🚀 The purpose of the trip was to bring a delegation of Danish space tech companies to the UK Space Conference in Belfast to exchange ideas, and technology, and engage in new partnerships. Our Director, Shaeema Zaman, was there representing space education from QASE Tech to learn about how to make our prototype, build new partnerships and potentially expand into the education market in the UK and Ireland.

Snippets from the Danish National Space Conference ✨

We had a great time at the conference, especially meeting old friends and colleagues at ESA BIC Denmark, ESERO Denmark manager Maddy Tizar Hansson, Christoffer Karoff, leader of DISCO at Aarhus Universitet, and listening to all the conversations on space-related education such as the following:

❇️ How to ensure enough qualified candidates for the future space industry in Denmark?

This question was the topic of the panel debate at the Danish National Space Conference at University of Southern Denmark and we couldn’t have been happier!!

✨It was a really interesting panel that highlighted how hands-on learning is an important factor in acquiring skills and creating something. This is our vision too!

❇️ Hands-on learning is important all the way and we are focusing on the high-school level currently at QASE Tech.
