An inside look at Enorm, Denmark's first industrial insect production site! One of the semester project groups were invited for a tour yesterday, where they got a close-up look at the production process. The black soldier fly larvae seen in the pictures are processed as a protein rich meal for livestock feed.
Do you think insects could be the food of the future?

What are your goals?
How do you envision your first job and subsequent career?
How can you make the most out of your EMSS study?
This week, EMSS1 students had the opportunity to talk to their semester coordinators about their ambitions and goals for their future academic and professional careers. The discussions brought new perspectives to the table, as well as any challenges and worries that the students may have had. Thinking about future career goals can be intimidating, but developing a plan to achieve them can be very motivating!

And that’s a wrap!
The past week was challenging for all EMSS groups, working hard to hand in their final assignment portfolios for the Sustainable Products and Services course. A lot was learned in the process of applying theory from the course to their assigned products. Now, the focus will shift to their semester projects.
Check out the little preview of one of the portfolios below!
