"Improving the study environment with social events, for and by the students"

Connect Intl. The student association focuses on the students of the BA in Language and International Studies, English (LISE) & Language and International Studies, Spanish (SIS), as well as International Business Communication (SIV) - and functions as a competent supplement to the actual study at AAU. We wish to create

a connection between the academic educational experience and the working opportunities and hence strengthen the academic knowledge, professional competencies and the network for each student. The student association creates both social and academic events; all events are a unique occasion to explore the opportunities of the business life or to gain more academic knowledge of the BA itself. At the same time, we wish to improve the social community between the fellow students. With this student association, our goal is thus to deliver an insight of the future opportunities as a LISE- and SIS student.

Connect Intl. beskæftiger sig med tre hovedområder: Inspiration, Udvikling og Networking. Studieforeningen er målrettet mod BA-studerende på Language and International Studies, English (LISE) & Sprog og Internationale Studier, Spansk (SIS) såvel som International Virksomhedskommunikation (SIV) og fungerer som kompetenceskabende supplement, der er sideløbende med det egentlige studie på AAU. Vi ønsker at skabe en forbindelse mellem de studerendes faglige uddannelse og erhvervslivet, og dermed styrke fagligheden, kompetencerne og netværket blandt den enkelte studerende. Studieforeningen vil skabe både sociale og faglige events; som er en unik mulighed for at opdage hvilket muligheder der eksistere i erhvervslivet. Men samtidigt ønsker vi at øge fællesskabet på studiet. Med Connect Intl. ønsker vi give de studerende et indblik i fremtiden som LISE, SIS og SIV studerende.
