Regarding tomorrow - Friday 27th

Peter (and Katja) will be attending a conference tomorrow. So if you need technical help with either the web-site or Adobe Premiere, our research intern Søren Hommel has been so kind to offer his assistance. You can find him at office 1.239 at CREATE from 9-15

Hi everybody - great to see the energy from all groups today!

Many have asked about the formalia for the final concept video. Aim for the video not being longer than 5 minutes in total, and focus on how to best communicate your idea, while maybe dedicating a 30 seconds to a minute showcasing some of your process from the workshop to give contexts to your idea.

On monday each group has five minutes to show their videos (with any spare minutes usable to introduce yourselfs). After showing the concepts you have 3 minutes to quickly elaborate or explain a few details. Finally we will have 5 minutes of feedback from case partners and the audiences before switching groups.

Plan for Monday's conference. Come as planned in schedule (earlier than the conference), as we have to prepare the rooms. There is also evaluation after the conference, where you also have to participate.

Attention please! Our local Night Watch Claus Rosenstand is checking for atttendance during the day, and has observed that a lot of people are absent today.

Remember, if you are not actively present during the workshop at StartUpWorks you will risk being noted as 'absent' and thus have to hand-in a written exam paper (IDM & OD).

Hi all - tomorrow we'll dive into using video and simple animation for sketching purposes. Bring your own laptop, install Adobe Premiere CC trial version.

Furthermore, watch and setup your Adobe Premiere workspace according to this video guidebefore the lecture tomorrow - it will be much easier for you to follow along if it is setup correctly :) https://youtu.be/qiH-XJ5TjcA

The morning session tomorrow will consist of 1 hour of theoretical lecture, 1 hour of examples and techniques, and 1.5 hour of hands-on step-by-step guidance.

Dear U-CrAc’ers,

Today your case-partner will join us at 1.00 PM. You shall present your five’ish innovationtracks for them and establish a negotiation of the future direction for your project. You have up till one hour pr. group to present and negotiate.

You therefore need to:
1. Agree with the other groups on who goes first – settle on a sequence. Exchange phone numbers so that you can call the next group if you should be done earlier.
2. Agree internally in the group on how to present
3. Agree internally in the group on how to facilitate the negotiation
4. Arrange a location for meeting / talk with Søren
