A couple of months ago, we proudly announced that Aalborg Institute for Development (AID) had been awarded the HosSkills project. Funded by the European Union's Erasmus+ programme, this groundbreaking initiative is aimed at enhancing the digital skills of hospitality sector entrepreneurs. 🙌

We are dedicated to integrating digitalization with hospitality entrepreneurship to drive innovation and business growth in collaboration with our partners, CIFP HOSTELERIA OSTALARITZA LHII GALDAKAO (Spain) and Cyber Dacians (Romania).

The time has come for an amazing update! 🎉 Our HosSkills website is now live! 💡 This platform is a hub for knowledge, inspiration, and resources designed to empower European entrepreneurs and professionals.

Kommunalvalgskandidaten jeg vil præsentere i dag er Narcis George Matache. Jeg har kendt Narcis i over 10 år. I al den tid har Narcis kæmpet hårdt for de internationale borgeres rettigheder i Aalborg Kommune såvel som Region Nordjylland og i hele Danmark. Narcis er selv fra Rumænien og har boet i Aalborg Kommune i 15 år. Til daglig driver Narcis mediet Last Week in Denmark, som informerer internationale borgere om aktuelle emner i Danmark. Derudover er Narcis også CEO for Aalborg Institute for Development, en konsulentvirksomhed, der blandt andet fokuserer på at hjælpe internationale med at forfølge iværksættervejen i Danmark.

Narcis går til valg på et solidarisk samfund, hvor vi løfter i flok for at nå vores mål. Narcis har især øje på at sikre, at alle borgere uanset deres ophav skal have adgang til den samme gode kvalitet af velfærd og service. Der er et kæmpe potentiale i Aalborg Kommune når det kommer til vores internationale medborgere. Her er der specialiseret arbejdskraft at hente, som er til gavn for vores mange virksomheder. Narcis mener vi bør gøre mere når det kommer til at indrette vores samfund, til også at være attraktivt for dem - til gavn for os alle. Det er blandt andet gennem et styrket tilbud om børnepasning og skoletilbud på engelsk.

- Styrkede internationale institutioner i Aalborg Kommune.

- At sætte Aalborg på verdenskortet som en kosmopolitisk by, der byder internationale familier velkommen.

- Iværksætteri og opkvalificering som vej til beskæftigelse for medfølgende ægtefæller og lavtuddannede arbejdstagere.

Jeg mener Narcis har et stort potentiale, og kunne være en stærk repræsentant at have i Aalborg Byråd - især for alle de internationale borgere vi har i vores kommune.
