Wir beraten, informieren und betreuen:
- Studierende der WHZ, die im Ausland studieren wollen oder ein Praktikum in einem ausländischen Unternehmen planen,
- internationale Studieninteressierte, die ein Austauschsemester oder ihr gesamtes Studium an der WHZ absolvieren wollen,
- Dozentzierende der WHZ, die einen Auslandsaufenthalt planen und an einer Partnerhochschule lehren wollen,
- Hochschulm

itarbeintende, die zur Weiterbildung an eine Partnerhochschule reisen wollen,
- internationale Gäste, die die WHZ besuchen und an der WHZ lehren wollen. We inform:
- WHZ students who want to study abroad or want to do an internship at a foreign company,
- prospective international students who want to do an exchange semester or a degree program at WHZ,
- WHZ lecturers who are planning a stay abroad and wish to teach at a partner university,
- university staff, who want to travel to a partner university,
- international guests, who want to visit WHZ or teach at WHZ.

🎓 Documents required for enrollment

If you have a letter of admission from the University of Applied Sciences Zwickau and you want to enrol, you need to have the following things:

✉️Confirmation from the health insurance
💵Payment of the semester fee
📑Copy of your visa (send the copy to [email protected])
📍Valid German address (send it to [email protected])

Once we receive everything, you will be enrolled.

Ein Auslandsaufenthalt muss gut vorbereitet werden, um Probleme aufgrund fehlender Dokumente oder fehlender Anerkennungen zu vermeiden.

WIR SUCHEN DICH! 🧐

Unterstütze uns bei den Einführungsveranstaltungen für die Erstis des Wintersemesters 25/26 und gestalte ihren erfolgreichen Start ins Studium mit.

Die allgemeinen Einführungsveranstaltungen finden am 21. und 22. September 2026 statt und sollen den Erstis Orientierung für das Studium geben. Neben der Vorstellung verschiedener Akteure findet ein Meet’n’Greet mit studentischen Gemeinschaften sowie mit Akteuren der Hochschule statt.

- Anleitung der Akteure beim Meet’n’Greet
- Koordinierung der Erstis
- Auf- und Abbau

REMINDER: Don’t forget to re-register for the next semester!

You can re-register for the upcoming winter semester from the 1st of July 2026. You have to pay the fee by August 15th. If you do not transfer the semester fee, you will be de-registered.

Make sure to transfer the money correctly. If you forget to pay on time, you will be required to add a late registration fee of 15 euros.

The semester fee consists of the semester ticket fee, student council and student union fees. The amount of the fee may vary. Please check your individual semester fee in the Student Services Portal (https://campus.whz.de) before making the transfer.

Improve your German skills 🗣

At the beginning of the winter semester, a German intensive course is offered for exchange and full-time students at the WHZ.

The validation machines for the student ID cards are out of service and will be removed by 1 September 2026 at the latest.

The QR codes on the student ID cards are used to provide information and to access further details.
If you do not yet have a QR code on your student ID card, don't hesitate to get in touch with the Front Office in the Department of Student Affairs.
