🌟 More than mentoring. A network that opens doors. Building lifelong connections across generations.
With the Fellowship Files, we’re introducing a new way of telling the story behind one of our most meaningful programs: the EBS Alumni Fellowship. A mentoring experience that connects selected EBS students with alumni who know the path ahead, because they’ve walked it themselves. It creates a space for personal exchange on eye level and across generations. Many mentor-mentee relationships grow far beyond the program itself, becoming meaningful connections that last long after graduation.
The Fellowship is evolving. From 2027 onwards, the program shifts into spring, giving students time to arrive at EBS, show their engagement, and grow into their strengths. Interviews will take place in March, mentor registration is possible year round (via e-mail), and the application phase for students starts in January.
🚀 While the format evolves, the idea remains unchanged: connecting students with alumni who share experiences, perspectives, and opportunities that can shape a lifetime.
Over the coming weeks, The Fellowship Files will take you inside the program: what makes it different, who becomes a Fellow, why mentoring matters, and how alumni can get involved.
