Lernen heißt oft lange sitzen, aber diese Zeit muss nicht völlig ununterbrochen bleiben. Kurze aktive Pausen ersetzen kein Training, können jedoch akute Stoffwechselreaktionen günstig beeinflussen und möglicherweise einzelne kognitive Funktionen unterstützen.
