Mexico 🇲🇽 Israel 🇮🇱 Germany 🇩🇪 - three countries, one united project! After an exhilarating and intensive preparation phase, the second cohort of Mission:Enterprise Summer School launched at the Hochschule der Medien in Stuttgart.

21 motivated students from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México, Sapir College Israel, and Hochschule der Medien Stuttgart were divided into diverse teams, embarking on five intensive days to collaboratively cultivate innovative business concepts. Personal introductions and cross-cultural exchanges were equally cherished throughout.

Revo Foods is the plant-based alternative for fish dishes. Using a 3D food printing process, the startup creates veggie Salmon 👀🌱🐠

The Revo Foods team is making a statement against overfishing, destruction of the oceans and toxic waste (mercury, PCBs) in the seafood. By using plant-based ingredients such as pea protein, algae extracts, oil and citrus extracts, the company manages to recreate the taste of salmon very well 💪🏽😋
