Burl Lane Contrabassoon shapers! This shape was created after precisely measuring an original Burl Lane shaper tip. It has been accurately converted to a straight shaper to make this once hard-to-find shape readily available.
What is special about this shape? The narrowest point is very far back (about 13 mm from the butt) which provides a smooth low register.
