I have a couple of spaces left for Detox Yoga Mini Retreat-start 2025 clear and refreshed. This day retreat is focused on detoxing not only physically, but also resetting the nervous system and destressing the mind body complex. My friend Laure Fröscher-Routier will bring some special juices to accompany our vegetarian lunch and give us a small presentation about why juicing is such an effective detox tool. And of course, we’ll have plenty of time for community and to share our own experiences. Let me know asap if you want a space. With love, Julia
