Context: The three of us co-organize the (WiMLDS) Women in Machine Learning & Data Science Accra Ghana chapter (with Aseda O. Addai-Deseh) and we have followed similar career paths. Both Khadija Iddrisu and I went to University for Development Studies and we all are proud alumni of the African Institute for Mathematical Sciences (AIMS) and the African Masters in Machine Intelligence funded by and .

You definitely should not miss this amazing conversation with the three of us.

Hello Everyone,

I made mention of an upcoming python workshop my colleagues and I were planning to organize in July, 2022. We have opened the application now and you can send in your application using this link:

https://trendinafrica.org/python-course/

The workshop is a real beginner workshop and we will have live coding sessions, and parallel programming which I strongly believe are great ways to learn. If you are interested in learning how to program with then this may be a good start for you.

Wishing you a productive week ahead.
