01 October: Welcome to the new semester! 🧡

This semester, we’re welcoming 400+ new international students from around 70 countries. One highlight of Orientation Week: A sunny trip to Chiemsee and Herrenchiemsee Island — including a visit to the Bavarian "Mini Versailles". 🌞

TH Rosenheim x Nanjing University 🌳

Last week, we welcomed guests from Nanjing Forestry University, China, to TH Rosenheim - and made our new partnership official with a signed cooperation agreement.

What's next? 👀
Student exchanges, joint study programmes and potentially a double degree in Wood Technology.

From our event team and supporters, the social media and photobox crew, our talented music acts and fashion show models, to all the students who shared delicious food and stories from their home countries — thank you for bringing your uniqueness, energy, and so much love to this night. 🧡

A big thank you as well to our colleagues from our partner unis and the university alliance for travelling all the way to Rosenheim, the wonderful kids from and all our guests who celebrated diversity and tradition with us. 🥰

Meet our DAAD Award 2026 winner: Deborah! 🧡

Deborah completed her Master's degree in Hydrogen Tech at .

Before heading back to the US, she received the DAAD Award 2026 for her commitment to building a more inclusive campus community and helping students connect through initiatives like the Student Club Fair and the Language Café, or the campus's free-to-use board game collection. 🎲
