The task here was to recreate the operation of a modern flat.
It is about the functionality and efficiency of the selected home appliances for maximum efficiency while taking into account today's demands. Innovative solutions for the performance of all required home appliances were expected.

We won the 1st price in the energy performance award! 🥇

In this discipline, the energy consumption and solar energy supply of the houses in real operation were evaluated. The results flow into research, where they make an important contribution!

🥈We won the 2nd prize of the comfort contest!

In this contest, the interior comfort of the demonstrators without active heating or cooling is measured under climatic conditions. Temperature, humidity, sound insulation, lighting and indoor air quality were checked. 💡🌡
