Two more days till I‘m off on the adventure of a lifetime! The in Bhutan covering over 200 km in 5 days with mountain passes over 5000 meters elevation.

Today’s training was an easy hour jog, some stretching and sitting with the oxygen mask on set at 5000 meters for an hour 😵‍💫

I can’t thank my sponsors enough! Grateful to for the shoes and tights, for the cold-weather gear, for the nutritional supplements, .de for the foot protection, for the skin protection, and for the -30 degree sleeping bag!
