The Global Talent Mentoring experience is a holistic one that offers multi-layered developmental opportunities and support for talented and motivated youths in STEMM fields. Read below to find out more about the great features that our program has to offer, all at no cost.
The core method of talent support is one-on-one mentoring: Each talented youth—the mentee—is matched with a mentor who is an expert in their field of interest. Mentees engage with their mentors in a goal-oriented, one-on-one mentoring relationship. Mentees are encouraged to set specific goals and work on achieving those goals with the support of their mentor. Research shows that goal-oriented mentoring is more effective than purely friendship-based mentoring.

The mentees of Global Talent Mentoring are the most outstanding talents in a STEMM domain in their respective countries. Mentees show great interest in one or more STEMM fields and have already proven their excellence through trackable achievements (competitions, awards, etc.).
They are passionate about their STEMM field of interest and have the desire to pursue a career in that field. Mentees are driven by their motivation to learn and become the best in their STEMM area (s). They grab every opportunity to emerge at the top in their chosen topic, including happily spending their free time studying their STEMM subject of choice.
Participating students will be mentored, have the ability to work on their own projects and research, and collaborate with the international network through the platform. They are guided and supported by their mentors to reach their goal to excel in their STEMM field of interest.
