You can take the exam/quiz with open notes and open book. You can take the exam/quiz as many times as you want. However, you must get a 100% on the assessment. You must send the results of your 100% score to me at:

When you finish the assessment it will ask for your name. You must enter your name with your period, like this:

You must follow these directions EXACTLY if you want your grade to be overridden.
