As we prepare for this incredible event, I I'm fundraising for brining Rayen Kvyeh, poet, activist and Mapuche grand mother to perform with us. Any donation big or small will be helpful for our production.

Earthans, is a performance dance accompanied with a visual art installation, made for outdoors. It is an energetic work that immerses its audience into feeling and sensing while relating to power dynamics in western and Andin cosmology. The work touches on multiple topics surrounding the contemporary political conflict between the Mapuche indigenous group and the State of Chile. Starting from colonial history, where German migrators were invited by the state of Chile to Araucania (south Chile) and were given lands taken from Mapuche. This was a brutal process of combined bureaucracy and military force, which among other things led to a loss of native forests and the construction of forestall companies. The work touches upon ethics towards nature, the cultural and conceptual clash that coloniality and post coloniality period produces in Latin America. The piece emerged from the diverse identities of the different artists of the group and aims to melt in the complexity of narratives.
