A new serie of activities is starting. The next event we organised is a weekly online mediation, every Wednesday at 9pm Berlin time.

The aim is to share with you a powerful tool that helps us detach ourselves from daily stress and negative emotions, to get in touch with the deepest part of ourselves.

In the tumult of the day, with all its demands and activities, we can take a moment, stop and listen. Listen to ourselves. Listen to others. Listen to the world around us. Join us as we explore together how we can begin to take even one moment to become aware of our inner life and how our inner life influences our outer world.

It will take place at Global Stone Project at Tiergarten, at 11:00. It is a free event, you can invite anyone you want.

It is suggested to bring with you a small towel and a cushion to sit and practice in the park.
