IRISH CULTURAL INSIGHTS 🇮🇪➡️🇩🇪
IT’S PANCAKE DAY, so that's what we’ll be eating at teatime this evening! 😋 This is one tradition from our childhood in Ireland that we’ve brought with us, and celebrated ever since we came to live here in Deutschland 26 years ago!

Der Pancake Day heißt eigentlich Shrove
Tuesday und enspricht dem deutschen Faschingsdienstag. Pancake Day 2023 ist also heute, 21. Februar.
Our favourite way to enjoy pancakes is with the very traditional freshly-squeezed lemon
juice and sugar.Happy Pancake Day!!
