[..] My team are playing this game and we are in Year 15 (from 11-18). Last year, we did a wrong decision to build up new plant in Europe Africa with 1000 capacity.This is because we see our competitors all set up their plant in Latin( at least 2000). In this year, we find out that the cost in EA plant is extremely high in comparing with producing in Asia Pacific and exporting to EA. I tried to minimize the cost in this plant but it doesn't work well. Right now, we see that our capacity are working ineffectively due to plant in EA. Moreover, our competitors built up a plant in Latin area and they are quite strong. They also upgrade some options which we may not know. In year 14, all the companies offer the lower prices than us. we are so worry about that. So, what should we do to deal with? thank you!
