AI can write a test in seconds. Reading it well just became the real skill.
Generated keywords now land in a suite faster than anyone can review them, and the teams that stay in control are the ones who can tell whether the output actually holds up.
This is why readability was never a nice-to-have. Pekka Klärck, who created Robot Framework, has long made the case that human-readable keywords are what keep automation reviewable, and that principle matters more now that a machine writes the first draft. Stay in command of the structure, and AI becomes an assistant instead of a liability.
