During the rest of our stay in Norderney, we had the chance to tell the German and Bulgarian delegations some information about our region as a part of the intercultural morning. We got to share some regional snacks and explore the other cultures’ customs. Later on we presented our projects about the island, that we prepared in teams during our stay. Of course, our trip was also full of fun activities and beautiful sights :)

On the 20th of October, 1M went on a youth exchange to the german island Norderney. Right after getting off our ferry, we met the german students and with them went to explore the Watt Welten Museum, where we learned about marine life in the Wadden Sea. The next day, we put on our best gear and embarked on a journey through the Wadden Sea mudflats. We were able to see some of the wildlife living there. On the third day, some of us were able to present our presentation on climate change and the Wadden Sea. In the afternoon, we teamed up with our German and Bulgarian peers in a mystery-solving game. We had to piece together clues we found throughout the town to win.

2nd day of IB geography lessons in the field. Today, we have investigated Tourism Business District characteristics in Warsaw's Old Town.

1 M Geography HL & SL lessons in the field. Option Urban Environments unwrapped. We experienced plenty of Urban phenomenas and processes such as management of green depletion (green roof of University library, green corridors), the characteristics of Central Business District (Wola), gentrification in Praga, development of Asia Town in Włochy and asian retailing centre, deindustrialization management in Praga and Wola. That was a fruitful and an intense day.

2nd day of a school year. We had a nice walk of all pre - IB, IB and bilingual class groups.

On thursday 12th June, class 1 pre IB visited an amazing place with more than thousand years of history. Wiślica is full of historical sites such as Archeological Museum, collegiate church and medevial stronghold. Students took part in calligraphy workshop. Next stop was the largest medevial stronghold in Poland in Stradów. After visiting the beautiful wooden church and listening to organ concert, the group had a treck around the stronghold and a bonfire. Thank you all the guides that made us this day.

The last day of the interdisciplinary project has had a very winter-like atmosphere, 2P visited Dachstein. After reaching an altitude of 2995 m, they went on to their last and final stop: Mozart's city - Salzburg.

The interdisciplinary project in Austria continues on: After walking around Villach, Klagenfurt, Pyramidenkogel and Hallstatt, it’s time to uncover more of Austria, explore different forms of relief: Krimml waterfalls and Liechtenstein Gorge.

Historyczna chwila‼️Pierwszy raz w historii, klasa IB, sięgnęła po zwycięstwo w sportowym turnieju!🏆🏀Gratulacje dla drużyny koszykówki z klasy 2m w składzie Filip Rysiński, Filip Bartocha, Maciej Kliś, Karol Patrzałek, Oliwier Król, Mateusz Zynek, Paweł Łysak oraz z klasy 1m Jakub Krzemiński!!! Brawo!

On 28th March, both geography groups were on the field lesson in Warsaw: Urban renewal in post industrial cities and CBD characteristics. Case study: Warsaw. We have visited Fabryka Norblina, Elektrownia Powiśle and Koneser among other post industrial spots being the prime examples of renewal.
