WHO CREATED NUTELLA AND KINDER SURPRISE?
An Italian entrepreneur Michele Ferrero (1925-2015) brought to market dozens of sweets: Nutella, Ferrero Rocher chocolates, Raffaello, Kinder Surprise, and Tic Tac.
Italian President Sergio Mattarella called him a "born entrepreneur". Michele Ferrero was the richest Italian. He ranked 22nd on the most recent Forbes list of billionaires, with an estimated net worth of $26.5 billion.

I love this nice and cosy cafe in the Netherlands. It can be a dream to own such a beautiful place. However, business is much different than just a facade. Business starts from financial sustainability. If you have no ideas about the risks you are going to deal with a dream can turn into disappointment. In our business school we learn how to turn a dream into a sustainable business.

Согласно исследованиям Dun & Bradstreet, только 37% компаний малого бизнеса (менее 20 сотрудников) выживают в первые 4 года и всего лишь 9 % выживают в первые 10 лет.
Только 20% ресторанов выживают в первые 2 года. Из закрывшихся компаний только 10% закрываются по причине баркротства, а остальные 90% из-за того, что бизнес не был успешным, не приносил желаемого дохода, либо скромный результат достигался слишком тяжелым трудом. Высказывание "люди не планируют провал, они проваливают планирование" очень точно отражает ситуацию в малом бизнесе. Процент закрытия компаний малого бизнеса варьируется от 70 до 80 в их первый год существования и только половина тех, кто выжил, остаются на рынке на следующие 5 лет.
