In the photographic and artistic exploration comprising the *Eingriff* series, Jaisa Beer examined the subject of travel and the consequences it entails for both places and people.

The work is grounded in photography—images captured in a sober, unvarnished style.

They depict fleeting moments, banal everyday occurrences, and scenes found along the fringes of promenades and resorts.

Rendered in a stark black-and-white palette with harsh contrasts, the visual aesthetic stands in direct opposition to the notion of a holiday paradise.

This aesthetic reduction detaches the subject matter from the idealized world of vacationing, rendering it universally applicable.

Mattia Novello tries to grasp the essence
of reality reaching the conclusion that time is circular, that the present,the past and the future coexist in a single eternal present, that the infinitely small is also infinitely great.

From the fascination of the eternal Nietzschean return there is no loss or nihilism, but rather a vision of secular pantheism.
