Welcome! The MIPLC offers a specialized LL.M. program focused on IP and competition law. Small classes, excellent professors, truly international.

The program is taught entirely in English and is open to graduates from (almost) all disciplines. The Munich Intellectual Property Law Center (MIPLC) is an academic center jointly run by the Max Planck Institute for Intellectual Property and Competition Law, the University of Augsburg, the Technische Universität München, and The George Washington University Law School (Washington, D.C.).
