🌱 Say hello to Citree!
Applying for social benefits in Germany can feel like navigating in the dark. You fill out a long application, gather a stack of documents, send it off - and then… silence. “Did I get everything right? Is something missing? What happens now?” That uncertainty drives anxious calls, letters, and office visits - exhausting for citizens and overloaded support staff alike.
At Digital Product School, we're tackling this head-on. Citree is a mobile-first web app that helps people apply with confidence - starting with Bürgergeld as our first step. It tells you exactly which documents you need for your situation, how and where to get them, and confirms you're on track before you submit. Clear, plain-language guidance, multilingual from day one. 📱✅
Our approach: talk to real people, build and test fast, and let evidence - not assumptions - shape the product. 🚀
Behind Citree is a small, focused team:
⭐ Martin Brzozowy - Product Manager
⭐ Peng-Ju (Katy) Liu - Interaction Designer
⭐ Vibhor Sharma - Software Engineer
More to come in the next few weeks - stay tuned! 🌳

Introducing Team DeTECHtives!
What if every AI agent idea got an honest review before you built it?
Partnering with SAP, we're tackling a problem every enterprise team is feeling right now: AI agents are easy to build, but their value is hard to prove. And most of that uncertainty starts at the idea stage.
⚡ Developers can't easily measure value against cost
⚡ Business leaders sign off on AI budgets that feel more like bets than investments
⚡ Developers take on projects without clear value metrics to stand behind
Meet Agent Checker, our multi-agent system that reviews your AI agent idea. Specialized agents cooperate to examine your concept from multiple angles, and you get back a clear, qualitative assessment of where the idea is strong and where it's still vague. Built agile sprint by sprint, shaped by continuous feedback from AI experts, product teams, and enterprise users.
Meet our exceptional team members:
✨ Lasse Clausing – Product Manager
✨ Hafiza Hajrah Rehman – AI Engineer
✨ Johannes Marsch – Software Engineer
✨ Anica Hummel – Interaction Designer

✨ 🎓 You came. You built. You conquered. 🎓✨
Hats off to our graduates from Batch #25! It feels like just yesterday this incredible group of innovators hiked up to Priener Hütte in the Bavarian Alps and met there for the first time. You arrived as individuals with diverse backgrounds, unique perspectives, and a shared vision of learning how to build digital Products.
Now, later, you walked across the stage in your caps and gowns as true product makers, ready to make your mark on the world. 🌍
You transformed from strangers into high-performing product teams in which the various roles and personalities work hand in hand and complement one another. Together, you have …
🧩 navigated complex problem spaces,
🚀 built and tested real-world MVPs,
🔄 learned the true meaning of user-centric design and agile ex*****on, and
🤝 Forged bonds and friendships that will last a lifetime.
You challenged assumptions, embraced failure as a stepping stone, and in the end created products that matter.

Hey, it’s Team Sol! ☀️
With rapid technological change and increasing pressure on founders to move fast, building the right product has never been more critical.
At Digital Product School, we’re addressing this by supporting early-stage ventures through hands-on product development. In collaboration with TUM Venture Labs and the UnternehmerTUM ecosystem, our focus is to help founders identify and access the right public funding opportunities to scale their ideas.
We combine this with a strong product approach: building and testing prototypes using agile methodologies, validating concepts quickly, iterating efficiently, and moving forward with confidence. 🚀
Behind Team Sol is an international and multidisciplinary team:
Natalia de Francisco Polo, Aziz Bouziri, Fernanda Savatin, and YingCi Luo, bringing diverse perspectives to support the next generation of founders.

♻️🚗 Say hello to Digital Product School's Team Indicator5 and Autokreislauf!
Every year, over 6 million vehicles in Europe reach the end of their life. Around 85% of ELV materials are recycled by weight — but that's almost entirely metals. Only 19% of plastics from ELVs actually get recycled.
New EU rules are targeting exactly this: by 2031, 15% of plastic in new vehicles must come from recycled post-consumer material (PCM) — rising to 25% by 2035. At least 20% of that has to come from closed-loop recycling, meaning plastic recovered directly from end-of-life vehicles.
But there's a fundamental problem: there is almost no open data on what materials are actually inside car parts. Much of it is locked behind NDAs.
Wouldn't it be great if dismantlers could see the full value of a car before dismantling it? 🔎
That's Autokreislauf. A web platform that helps dismantlers work smarter:
🦵 Crowdsourcing the material information of parts
📋 Recommended dismantling lists based on what's most worth extracting
✅ Task management to streamline the workflow
🚗 Reselling in-demand parts based on real-world market data
Every part extracted feeds the material database further:
Better data → better sorting → better recyclate → materials that stay in Europe and go back into new cars. 🌱
We visited dismantlers, recyclers, and other stakeholders across Munich, Kempten, and beyond — and yes, we found a pink cappuccino along the way! ☕🌸
Meet Team Indicator5:
⭐ Thomas Dorwarth – Product Manager
⭐ Mehmet Aflazi – Interaction Designer
⭐ Julian Kraus – Software Engineer
⭐ Hsuan-Yu Yao – Software Engineer
⭐ Nazgul Mamasheva – Software Engineer
Keep materials in Europe. Keep them in the loop. That's Autokreislauf. ♻️
Built in . 🚀
Would you care what happens to your old car? And do you know any contacts or companies in this space we should talk to? Drop it in the comments! 💬👇
